Does what it system it does...no complaints
Multiple identities, clear and consistent UI... great stuff! Worked a treat on my iPod Touch.
Looking for an alternative that supports apple watch.
This obviously doesnt work on a jb iPhone. I was forced to use a hardware token. Lame.
Doesnt work on an iPhone 3GS, wont even load.
Easy to download, easy to configure and it worked the first time. Tested on regular iPhone, iPhone 4 and all worked as advertised. Great app, best out there for ease of use!
wont work on jail broken device because its an insecure device, this is poor judgement by entrust as we are now moving to another product. Having a jail broken device isnt any more insecure then a pc based soft token. Hopefully ET gets with it and understands you cater to power users not punish them since they are the decision makers when it comes to things like second factor auth.
An easy way to securely access my companys network.
Wont run on jailbroken phones, yet Google Authenticator will. Great decision business managers.
Weve been a large corporate customer for years and this non-jailbroken requirement is a joke. I can use my RSA soft-token, why not this?? It makes no sense whatsoever on why this would be a determining factor to use the app.
Tokens are lost and you need to reregister (get a new token) if you upgrade. Perfect timing with the US holiday to push an update.
Beware, upgrading the app will require you to reactivate your tokens. Left a lot of people in my org without VPN access over the holiday and a lot of work for our Helpdesk to reactivate people.
Security Policy belongs in the hands of IT Management not ISVs
Simple, easy to use
Much easier to use (and not lose) than a hard token. Good documentation made it easy for me to set-up as well.
Do the numbers really have to look like old-fashioned mechanical flip digits? Clarity is better. Larger numbers would be even better. Thanks.
Works perfectly no issue
This is an ok app, but unless I missed it they need to have the option to copy the code. The RSA app has this ability and makes the whole process easier.
Works well enough generating the authentication tokens, but entering the PIN on startup is annoying. This app should alternately use Touch ID to authenticate on devices that support it.
