I hate this program. Our IT department switched our emails to this security system. I have over 150 people to supervise who need to read our emails. This program makes accessing them incredibly difficult and just reduces the amount of times people check. My inspiration to write this review is I just tried to log in about seven times. I was not successful. Entrust must be secure since I cant even write an email for someone to fish for

Works OK. The design is mediocre but thats expected from an Enterprise product. Really needs Apple Watch support, disappointed to see that it has not been released yet. Its been 8 months since the release and Entrust is still not on board. Makes me think they do not take mobility seriously.

This app is really simple and works as advertised. Apple watch support is all that is missing.

The "copy" (clipboard functionality) doesnt work which makes this token system almost impossible to use. With an 8 character code, having to remember all 8 characters and switch back and forth between apps on the phone to enter those characters almost takes longer than the 30 second timeout. This makes the app really hard to use effectively. For an app to be used on mobile devices it should be designed with mobile device use in mind, and this one wasnt. I am sad that I have to use this app - its really a pain.
