The app started asking me for a pin when I never set one up and now I’m locked out. They said the issue has been fixed in previous reviews but it hasn’t been. Now I can’t sign in and start my workday.
For over two months now the app will not work if I’m on Wi-Fi. I have to turn the Wi-Fi off, attempt to access my webpage, accept the ping, and then I can turn my Wi-Fi back on. If I do not turn the Wi-Fi off, I still get the text message of the request, but the ping never pulls up in the app. This is on the home Wi-Fi and the work office.
Good but no Apple Watch app
Cannot find any option for Face ID on my new iPhone 14 pro max, the biometric is grayed out. Update -I read through developer response which solved my issue.
The latest update is forcing my clients to enter a PIN when they never configured one.
Had to call my company’s help desk yesterday morning and this morning to reset my token and get logged in - ever since last update the token keeps resetting on my device.
Every time I attempt to manually add my business credentials, the text on the screen disappears as soon as a swipe down to attempt to hit the next button and goes blank. I have reinstalled, cleared logs, restarted my phone, every possible troubleshooting tactic. So frustrated!
It works well, but it’s not very pleasant each time notification comes to approve; the whole app has to open instead of giving an option to approve from the notification banner. Same support also needs to be activated for Apple Watch. All other related apps allow us to do that.
It used to be flawless, now it reports the wrong countdown timer for passcodes consistently. Please git revert to whatever build worked. Very annoying.
App is garbage. Super buggy. I wish my company would find another token app to use.
I was told I needed to download this for work so I download it and it never even sends me the passcode so I’m not really sure what work is going to do since the app obviously doesn’t work
Great app - easy to use and very convenient. Wish it had an Apple Watch feature to allow one to authorize from the watch without having to pull the phone out. Other than that, very happy.
All of a sudden this app started asking for access on bluetooth and won’t stop
Why you would update and erase my identity. I work from home. Now, I’m going to either lose a days pay or have to drive an hour to my office and lose hours of productive work time. I am aghast and completely flustered. Good grief!
This app barely works. Freezes all the time leaving me locked out of my accounts. When the app is working, it shows the WRONG security codes on the home page until you click on the target account and then go back.

Compare to just about every other two factor app I have used, Entrust Identity is by far the worst. When attempting to use it for two factor that a site sends to it, you have to toggle back and forth between the identities and actions screen before you actually see the two factor prompt. By then the site you are trying to get into may have expired the login. Also, when launching the app it often hangs at a white screen with nothing on it. This apps needs a lot more work and it is sad that many large corporations have to rely on this for their customers. It is 2021. There is no reason why a two factor app can’t be fully functional and not cause a delay of over 10 seconds to use (in this apps case we are taking more than a minute to use it).

The most annoying app ever. It doesn’t even work one hundred percent. Yes, some times it does work and sometimes you got stuck and can’t log in. And you have to call to get help and it will take you 30 minutes and an hour before you can log in again It just a waste of time. Thank you!
When you open the app already half or more of you time to enter the pin is gone!!! Smarter people than you have already figured this problem out. You wait 3 years business as usual. Bad.
The numeric keypad doesn’t minimize when trying to activate after selecting a 4 digit pin. In phone 6 with iOS 12.5.4.
App was working fine until today. The app looks like it is stuck updating or something and the only way to access it is from the library tab or from the App Store. Super annoying when the icon is literally on my home screen your system just isn’t properly compatible with iPhone.
I don’t bother with face ID because I like to lay my phone flat on the table when I’m working. The latest update requires several more clicks to achieve the same functionality. Also the eight digit code often resets within a few seconds making it useless, and then I have to wait for a refresh cycle
This app works perfectly and brings more secure to our environment! This is very important nowadays! I love it!
The new visual overhaul may look nicer, but now the app is unresponsive for about 5 seconds each time it’s opened.
Voice over does not read the options when setting up a new identity. After selecting the + to add an identity the options for manual entry and qr scan do not have any description in voice over
Just rolled out an update with “bug fixes” and new user experience. App no longer refreshes upon opening and now requires that you manually refresh. App frequently (almost always) freezes after a few minutes and requires restart and relogin to resume function on IOS version. Now requires more clicks for the same functionality. Overall a major downgrade in user experience with what was previously a well functioning app with no bugs or freezes in my experience.
Checked the settings and see Touch ID is enabled but J end up having to enter my 4 digit code everytime
You updated the app but failed to provide a manual setup alternative. Only QR code setup is allowed. If your bank for whatever reason has not updated their integration to provide a QR code, then You are stuck.
New update for App loses identity frequently and will force close randomly. Timer runs from random intervals upon opening.
With this version on an iPhone 7, I cannot enter a PIN on the SETTINGS screen when creating a token. The keypad does not go away after entering the pin and I cannot scroll down to continue the setup. I’m stuck at this point with no way to proceed. Now, at this point, the bank thinks a token is active, but the app is not finished with the token setup and you are stuck in no mans land.
This app is not working after the latest update. Please fix it
New application has been broken since release. Individuals can’t activate tokens or perform manual activations.
The old icon wasn’t good, but the new one is extremely bad. Also, the redesigned UI is much less intuitive and more difficult to use
It has no option to add token details manually since the last update. It is forcing the user to scan a QR code that cannot found in Self Service Section where we find the manual information.
Scan a QR code is the only option for adding an identity

Why is it that Samsung users can copy and paste their code, but iPhone users can’t?
App hangs at “Entrust” splash screen for 30 seconds before crashing. What’s worse is that my bank ONLY uses your MFA for authentication. Looks like I need to go persuade my bank to drop your app and get one that actually works, and is maintained by people who actually update their apps.
Needs to be able to approve logins on Apple Watch and make it so you don’t need to open application just hold down on notification to approve or deny
I’m running v3.5.4.42 on iPhone 11. After bringing the app back to the foreground I recognized a code I had used 10 minutes prior was still in the display with the 30 second countdown moving towards 0. Had I used the code it would have failed since it was outside the window of validity. After monitoring the application behavior throughout the day, I determined this to be “normal” for the iOS version which surprised me because the Android version did not behave this way. On my old Android phone, if more than 30 seconds had lapsed since I sent the application to the background, the app would refresh the code immediately when it was brought back to the foreground. Other than displaying stale codes the application works great but only 4 stars since I need to wait up to 30 seconds for a good code to be displayed.
There is a glitch where the code won’t refresh unless it’s open....this is definitely a downgrade from previous versions. I generally have to force close and restart the app to function properly.
Used to function flawlessly, after last update the first code it generates for me and all my coworkers is incorrect. The code must be disregarded by waiting until the next code appears or the app must be closed out and restarted to get the next code. Works fine after that. I don’t know what you did, but you messed up at least 5,000 of us, if not more.

I use the app almost daily and hangs and crashes around 10-25% of the time when I first open it up.
